Viru Street 1

Viru Street 1, Tallinn

Originally built in 1881 and located in an important commercial street in Tallinn’s Old Town, Viru Street 1 is considered one of the most valuable examples of Estonian architectural history. Bizzi & Partners acquired and renovated the building under the close supervision of the Monument Inspection Agency. The building’s guests after renovation include important entities such as the exclusive Paul & Shark fashion boutique, the Irish and Italian embassies, and the Italian Trade Institute. The upper levels contain 12 luxury residences. A project that, thanks to the vision of the real estate firm with global depth, has been able to acquire value and renewed importance.
