Intuition and desire to improve existing scenarios are the principles that have always guided Bizzi & Partners. In line with this philosophy, the company decided to invest in the renovation of an outdated hospitality facility into a high-end hotel: Il Vienna.

The new Hotel Il Vienna will be divided into two main areas: one intended for international clientele and the other consisting of residential units that will enjoy the services and amenities reserved for the resort. The project also includes the construction of a new residential building and a commercial area, creating a multifunctional complex that will meet the needs of high-end residence and hospitality.
